Adrian Gutierrez.
An iOS engineer with five years of Apple-platform experience and a decade of tradesman grit. I build software to the Gold Standard — clean, reliable, and made to last.
Handcrafted by a real person, for real people.
I build tools I’d want to use myself. When they meet the standard, I open the doors for others to use them alongside me.
I got tired of fragmented apps, cluttered interfaces, and software that told me how I should work. So, I started building my own. I am a creator at heart, and this ecosystem is where I sharpen my craft. It is a living, breathing environment that I am constantly refining to solve real problems with zero compromise.
I believe digital tools shouldn’t just be functional; they should feel premium. Inspired by the meticulous design of the world’s most beloved brands, everything here is built to a standard of absolute luxury and care. It’s the digital equivalent of a perfectly laid tile floor.
I take owner-level responsibility for everything I ship — no wall between the builder and the people who rely on the work. When you use my software or work with my company, you aren’t a metric — you are a partner.
Product Ownership
Direct personal accountability and ownership culture for everything I ship — from first architectural sketch to production support.
The Digital Tile Floor
Clean lines, zero hidden defects, and structural foundations built to last — inspired by a decade of precision tradesman work.
Native Platform Craft
Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, watchOS, widgets, and Apple platform conventions held to the highest standard without web-wrapper shortcuts.
End-to-End Responsibility
From product conception to architecture, interface design, App Store release, and ongoing production reliability.
Enterprise scale, small-team ownership.
Five years shipping customer-facing Apple-platform software — from enterprise financial engineering at Charles Schwab to founding Software by GL (Gold Life LLC).
iOS Developer & Founder
Designing, building, testing, and shipping native Apple-platform apps, 3D character systems, and bespoke web experiences — original flagship products across business management (My Business), private multi-model AI (Sentinel), and custom local-business web platforms. Taking full product ownership from concept to App Store release.
iOS Engineer
Worked on customer-facing Apple-platform experiences inside a large financial-services environment, collaborating across engineering, product, and stakeholder teams.
One of two developers who built the Charles Schwab Apple Watch app, responsible for the UI side.
Led its podcast feature from kickoff to the App Store within a single quarter.
Presented live product demos to product owners and stakeholders for production approval.
Created onboarding documentation and led internal trainings (crypto session for ~80 employees; Apple Watch; widgets).
Associate of Science, Mobile Development
A focused foundation in native mobile development that turned an early interest in game development into a broader commitment to building useful, polished software.
Selected Work.
“I like to code personal apps that help me in my personal life.” — Every flagship product at Software by GL starts as a tool built to solve a real daily need.

Ten years in the trades built the way I work.
The Discipline of the Digital Tile Floor
Long before I wrote my first line of Swift, I spent a decade running my own tile and flooring business across Florida’s Emerald Coast and Panhandle, from Panama City Beach to Pensacola. That trade taught me respect for the customer’s home, the discipline of substrate preparation, and the pride of building something permanent. That same tradesman’s grit is in every line of software I write.
